About the role
The Role
The IT Section delivers modern, secure, resilient, and user-centred technology services that support Memorial operations, public-facing digital services, and enterprise transformation. Under broad direction, the IT Applications Administrator is responsible for the operational support, administration and continual improvement of critical business applications, databases and cloud services. This position will work closely with business areas, technical specialists, and external partners to deliver high-quality project outcomes aligned with organisational strategy, whole-of-government requirements, and industry best practice.
The IT Applications Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance and continual improvement of key enterprise and collection-related business applications. This includes the Memorial's Collection Management System (CMS), Digital Asset Management System (DAMS), and associated integrations, databases and cloud services. The role works closely with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure applications remain secure, available, supported and aligned with business requirements.
This position will initially be filled for 12 months with the possibility for extension and/or permanency.
