This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Australian IT engineering and managed services organisation delivering critical infrastructure projects for enterprise clients across Australia.

The Company

Our client is a well-established Australian provider of IT engineering, digital infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity services. They support a diverse portfolio of enterprise customers and are currently experiencing strong project demand across several major engagements.

The Role

Due to a number of upcoming project requirements, our client is seeking two skilled Level 2/3 Infrastructure Engineers to support critical infrastructure and transformation initiatives. These opportunities will provide exposure to enterprise environments, infrastructure modernisation projects and complex technical challenges:

• Windows Server administration
• Desktop support and management
• Microsoft Intune
• Infrastructure project delivery
• Systems engineering and operational suppor

Opportunity 1: Infrastructure Engineer

Contract Length: 6 Weeks

Responsibilities

• Build and configure VMware ESXi environments
• Deliver infrastructure downgrade activities
• Support deployment and configuration tasks
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues

Requirements

• Proven VMware ESXi build and configuration experience
• Strong Infrastructure Engineering background
• Level 2/3 support and engineering experience
• Microsoft certifications highly regarded
• Strong communication skills

Opportunity 2: Infrastructure Engineer

Contract Length: 2.5 Months

Responsibilities

• Deliver server migration activities
• Support a large-scale infrastructure transformation program
• Assist with migration planning and execution
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support

Requirements

• Proven server migration project experience
• Strong Infrastructure Engineering capability
• Experience working within complex transformation programs
• Enterprise environment experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to commence at short notice
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting enterprise environments
• Successful completion of a Police Check is mandatory
