We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, with an additional opportunity to contribute as our Wellbeing Officer.

This is a unique opportunity for an OT who loves supporting people not only through therapy, but through building a workplace where clinicians feel connected, valued and empowered.

Alongside providing high-quality neuro-affirming occupational therapy services, you will contribute to team wellbeing through initiatives, check-ins and value-led personal exploration.

As an Occupational Therapist at STA, you will:

• Provide neuro-affirming occupational therapy services to children, young people and families

• Support clients to build confidence, independence and participation in everyday activities

• Complete assessments and develop individualised therapy plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support

• Build strong relationships with families, schools and community networks

• Participate in supervision, professional development and clinical discussions

As our Wellbeing Officer, you will:

• Support initiatives that promote staff connection, wellbeing and team morale

• Facilitate wellbeing check-ins and create opportunities for staff to feel supported

• Encourage value-led reflection, personal growth and team connection

• Support recognition, celebrations and initiatives that strengthen our culture

You are an Occupational Therapist who:

• Is passionate about neuro-affirming practice and supporting children and families

• Values collaboration, connection and continuous learning

• Enjoys contributing to a positive team culture

• Has an interest in wellbeing, personal growth and supporting others to thrive

• Is aligned with STA’s values of Inspire, Empower and Connect
