This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our maternity team. As a midwife, you will work in partnership with women to provide holistic, evidence-based care. You will be responsible for supporting women’s choices, promoting health and wellbeing, and delivering safe, high-quality care to both mothers and newborns. The role offers a permanent midwifery position in the Postnatal/Antenatal Ward and Birthing Unit. This provides a dynamic and enriching work environment where you can apply your full scope of midwifery practice while contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in maternity care.

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, Registered Midwife who is passionate about supporting women and their families throughout their journey. They will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to providing safe, evidence-based maternity care.
Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRAExperience working in antenatal/ postnatal maternity settings and/or Birthing UnitCommitted to promoting informed choice, advocacy, and continuity of careDemonstrated understanding of contemporary maternity care practices and patient-centred care principlesAbility to effectively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns
