We’re a well-established, Brisbane-based appliance service company looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician ready to step into a secure, full-time role with flexibility, support, and genuine growth opportunities.

🔧 About the Role

You’ll be out on the road, diagnosing and repairing household appliances in customer homes. You’ll also handle deliveries and installations, working with a trusted team that services appliances from some of the biggest brands in the industry.

Choose a schedule that suits your life — whether that’s a 9-day fortnight or adjusted hours to fit around school drop-offs, appointments, or personal commitments.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances

• Delivering and installing new units at customer sites

• Preparing and managing parts for your daily schedule

• Completing service reports and job documentation accurately

• Providing friendly, professional customer service on every call

• Minimum: Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect)

• Appliance repair experience
