About the role
Location: Nedlands, Perth WA
Job Type: Part-Time (Minimum 20 hours per week)
We're looking for an energetic, experienced and passionate Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team at F45 Nedlands.
This is more than just a coaching role. You'll be guaranteed consistent coaching hours while also having the opportunity to take on studio administration and operations responsibilities as you grow within the business. If you're someone who loves helping people achieve results, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and wants to build a quality driven career in the fitness industry, we'd love to hear from you.
There is a minimum of 20 hours per week available, with opportunities for additional coaching, administration hours, and future career progression for the right person.
What You'll Be DoingDeliver high-energy F45 group training classes.
Coach members with excellent technique, motivation and accountability.
Build genuine relationships with members and create an exceptional studio experience.
Ensure a safe, inclusive and welcoming training environment.
Assist with member onboarding and help members achieve outstanding results.
Assist with member communications and customer service where applicable.
Help maintain studio presentation and cleanliness.
Support retention and community-building initiatives.
Work alongside the head coach and studio owner to help drive performance.
Has previous coaching experience in strength and conditioning or group fitness.
Is confident coaching a room full of people at all fitness levels.
Brings energy, professionalism and positivity to every class.
Is organised, reliable and takes initiative.
Has excellent communication and people skills.
Wants to grow/elevate their career within a successful and supportive fitness business.
Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and community.
Minimum certificate III & IV in Fitness is preferred (or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (essential)
Full Australian working rights
Applicants must be available to work a flexible roster, including:
Early morning classes (5:00-8:00am)
Afternoons and evenings (16:30-19:00pm)
Weekends (altered) where applicable
Public holidays where/if required via early communication
Flexibility across these times is essential for this role.
