The remainder of your time will be spent coordinating the driving team, managing schedules, overseeing compliance, and working closely with the CEO, workshop, and administration team to keep operations running smoothly.
If you believe respect is earned through action—not titles—you'll fit right in.

You'll ideally have:
A current HC Truck Licence (essential).
MC licence (highly regarded).
Experience in transport, agricultural services, logistics, or heavy vehicle operations.
Proven ability to coordinate people, vehicles, and changing priorities.
Strong understanding of regional road networks, heavy vehicle access, and site constraints.
Confidence using digital maps, spreadsheets, CRM/job management systems, and WhatsApp.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with drivers, customers, and management.
A genuine commitment to safety, compliance, and leading by example.
Competitive salary package.
Company vehicle provided.
Join a respected family-owned South Australian business.
Real responsibility with the opportunity to influence how the operation runs.
Stable, year-round work supporting the agricultural sector.
