Skilled Labourers – Culvert Remediation / Shotcrete Project
FIFO 2:1 Roster | Long-Term Project | Pilbara (ex Perth)

We are a specialist civil contracting company delivering high-quality remediation, shotcrete, and specialty concrete works across major infrastructure and resources projects. Our crews are small, capable, and hands-on, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and workmanship.
We are seeking experienced Skilled Labourers to join our crew on a long-term FIFO culvert relining and shotcrete project in the Pilbara.
This role suits someone with solid civil or concrete experience who is comfortable working in physically demanding, remote FIFO environments and contributing as part of a specialist shotcrete crew.
FIFO 2:1 roster ex Perth.
Assist with shotcrete and culvert remediation works
Support pumping and spraying operations (hose handling, material flow, clean-up)
Assist with pump setup, shutdown, flushing, and cleaning
Manual handling of materials, equipment, and hoses
Site preparation, housekeeping, and general labouring duties
Follow SWMS, JHAs, and site safety requirements at all times
Work effectively within a 6–10 person specialist crew
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in civil construction, concrete, or similar heavy construction environments
Shotcrete, pumping, or underground/culvert experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of safe manual handling and site procedures
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to take direction
White Card (mandatory)
Current Australian driver’s licence
Physically fit and capable of sustained manual work
Full Australian working rights
FIFO experience and/or Rio Tinto induction highly regarded
Long-term, stable FIFO employment
Consistent 2:1 roster
