Early Childhood Teacher

Our privately owned and operated long day care service in Naremburn on Sydney's lower north shore, is seeking experienced early childhood teachers to lead the 2 – 3 year old and 3 – 5 year old teams and the pre-school programs. The positions are full time and for immediate start.

Applicants must possess:

- A bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognised by ACEQA

- Full working rights in Australia

- Current first aid and allergy/anaphylaxis certificates as well as a current working with children clearance

- A working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF frameworks

- A natural affinity to positively interact with children 2 – 5 years

- Experience in developing and implementing an educational program targeted at school readiness

- Experience in leading a team and individual mentoring of educators to deliver consistent high levels of performance

- Clear and concise written communication skills to record child specific observations and evaluations

- A commitment to continuous improvement across daily processes and team member abilities
