New Vehicle Sales Manager

Le Mans Toyota, part of Peter Kittle Motor Company, is currently looking for an enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales Team.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, high performer with experience in vehicle sales, managing and leading our sales team to:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the sales departments/staff;
• Developing and executing sales strategies;
• The achievement of targets to ensure the efficiency & profitability of the sales department;
• High-quality customer service;
• Continual development of our sales team - set goals, monitor progress and coach sales staff; and
• Representing the Company within the community
