At Toyota we celebrate individual differences, and we strive to create a workplace that not only gives equal opportunities to people of all backgrounds and abilities but supports them to reach their full potential. Afterall, our people are our greatest assets. We do this through employee community engagement, mentorship, development and recognition programs.

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is well-recognised for offering:
What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join our People & Culture division in a permanent full-time role.
The People & Culture Division leads the implementation of strategic, people-focused initiatives across Toyota, fostering a safe, inclusive environment where teammates are empowered to reach their full potential. Operating through an HR shared services model, the division delivers best-practice consultancy, training, and development support to Toyota employees and OneToyota affiliates. Its comprehensive services span organisational development, professional training, health and safety, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition, all underpinned by advanced technology platforms and systems.
In this role, you will take ownership of the payroll and financial administration associated with Toyota's vehicle benefits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, reconciliations, and the effective and efficient delivery of employee vehicle leasing and charging arrangements. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will proactively identify process inefficiencies, investigate discrepancies, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and the employee experience.
This is a role for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems, challenging existing processes, and taking initiative to improve outcomes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.
