Venue & Member Experience Coordinator – Golftec Melbourne

We’re looking for an organised, reliable and confident person to manage the day-to-day running of our indoor golf venue in the Melbourne CBD.

The priority of this role is to ensure the venue runs efficiently and professionally every day, while delivering a high standard of service to our members and guests.

A key part of the position is also handling enquiries for corporate functions, group bookings and events. You’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries, explaining our options, following up where required and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the efficient day-to-day operation of the venue

• Deliver a high standard of service to members and guests

• Manage bookings, session changes, payments and front desk administration

• Respond to phone, email and online enquiries promptly

• Handle function, corporate and group booking enquiries

• Confidently discuss our function options and convert enquiries into bookings

• Coordinate coach schedules and daily venue activity

• Opening and closing the venue

• Ensure the venue remains clean, organised and professionally presented

• Assist with basic social media content and updates

What we’re looking for

• Friendly, confident and professional

• Comfortable with sales and converting enquiries into bookings

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Highly organised with good attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently

• Basic IT and computer skills

• Some golf knowledge

• Experience in sales, hospitality, events, customer service, reception or venue operations is highly regarded
