Your new role
Braums is currently looking for an energetic, experienced and switched-on Warehouse Store person to join our small Sunshine West team. This position is full-time and will be based in Sunshine West, Victoria.
Reporting to the State Manager, as the Warehouse Store person, you will:
Receive and inspect all deliveries (external and internal),
Identify, label & store incoming stock;
To recognise and quarantine non-conforming product and report non-conformances detected as per written procedures;
Be responsible for the warehouse inventory;
Be responsible for stock control & stock takes;
Handle and pack product so as to avoid damage and deterioration during storage, kitting and shipping;
Maintain correct stock quantities in the computer system;
To manage the RMA system for customer returned products;
Pick kits for Assembly of components;
Assemble parts;
Maintain system records as required;
Pick, pack & dispatch customer orders;
Invoicing goods sold;
Arrange transport and transport documentation;
May be required to make some local delivers in company utility with a trailer.
Notify the State Manager of any discrepancies between the goods packed and the picking slip;
Ensures goods prepared for dispatch are in line with customer requirements;
Maintain consignment note files;
Assist the State Manager and Supply Chain Manager in the purchasing of material for production.
What you’ll need to succeed
Be fit, energetic, a team player and have a can do positive attitude.
At least 2 years’ experience as a store person.
Must hold a current driver’s license.
Must hold a current forklift licence.
Must be confident in using basic computer systems including the Microsoft Office suite.

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience is ideal, but if you're eager to work, we'll welcome you and train you
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day
Team player with a positive attitude
