Cybersecurity Services is a specialist team within Digital Services, responsible for protecting the technology, information and digital services that support healthcare delivery across Tasmania. Working in a complex and evolving environment, the team provides strategic leadership, expert advice, operational security services and innovative solutions that help safeguard critical systems and information. The RoleAs the Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Services, you will lead the strategic direction, delivery and continuous improvement of the Department's cybersecurity function. You will provide expert advice to senior executives, drive the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives, and lead a high-performing team responsible for protecting critical technology and information assets. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to influence organisational strategy, foster strong stakeholder partnerships, and help shape the future of cybersecurity across Tasmania's public health system.

Why TasmaniaThe Department of Health Tasmania oversees various hospitals across the state, including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, as well as district hospitals and ambulance services. Details of appointmentPermanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you are able to join our Team!

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Whilst flexible work arrangements are available, this position requires a Tasmanian-based presence.
Salary$144,169 to $153,844 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
