Factory Hand / Production Worker

Globalcote, a well-established manufacturing company located in Capalaba, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to become join our production team.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and values teamwork, safety, and precision.

Work Schedule

• Immediate start

• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm

• Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and fulfilling customer orders

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse

• Performing manual tasks, including lifting buckets up to 30kg

• Working collaboratively with the team and maintaining high attention to detail

• Participating in training – no prior experience required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence

• Valid forklift licence and/or MR licence is a bonus

• Quick learner with the ability to understand technical specifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing advantageous
