About the role

- Salary Package: $77,235 p.a. (pro rata for part-time appointment) plus superannuation
- Employment Type: Fixed-term until 7 April 2027, part-time position (30 hrs per week, Monday to Friday)

THE ROLE
We are seeking an Enrolment and Accounts Officer to join Banksia Cottage Early Learning Centre at Macquarie University. This is a fixed term, part-time position (30 hours per week, Monday through Friday).
The successful candidate will be based at Banksia Cottage, working collaboratively with the Centre Manager and the Early Learning Administration and Management team. This role focuses on enrolments and accounts administration and does not involve working directly with children. The centre is conveniently located on campus and within walking distance.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient enrolment processes and accurate accounts management for families attending our centres. You will maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
