Game Master/Venue Host

Escape Smash Play Ballarat is looking for the newest game host for the venue. The venue is all about high customer experience & entertainment. Through Escape Rooms, Axe throwing, smash rooms and an arcade space theirs endless fun to be had.

This role entails:

• Customer service.

• Assisting customers into Escape rooms.

• Assisting when they need help within the escape rooms.

• Giving safety briefing's for the Smash Rooms & Axe Throwing.

• Handling the POS.

• Keeping the venue tidy and working independently.

• Ability to problem solve in the moment when issues arise.

• Ability to work independently and have self initiative.

• Ability to work every weekends

• Being comfortable to self create and publish social media content from social media story's, posts & Videos/reels

This role is predominantly independent, after being fully trained staff will be rostered for solo shifts with continual support from the whole team throughout the shifts. The role with start off with 5-10 hours with more hours to be awarded throughout more time working within the role. Previous escape room/Customer Service roles preferred but not essential.
