Full Time Role

We are looking for a fulltime Early Childhood Diploma Educator to join our team at Braitling Neighbourhood Centre (BNC).  BNC is a not-for-profit 57 place service.

The Early Childhood Diploma Educator provides support to the Director and other Educators within the room to ensure a high quality of education, care and development for children and families engaged in the service are delivered. The Educator also assists in the planning, preparation and implementation of programs appropriate to the needs of the children in their care.

Who you are:

• Diploma qualified in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification, with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience

• Reliable, motivated and a team player with good work ethic

• Sound knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Ability to plan and implement a full planning cycle

• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and team members

• Experience working in a multicultural team, preferably in Early Childhood setting

·       Have a WWCC, Police Check, CPR, Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate, or willingness to obtain
