About the Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Club Attendants to join one of our unique and dynamic venues. This hands-on role offers variety, where no two days are the same, supporting smooth operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas

• Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards

• Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience

• Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach

• Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment

• Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures

• Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours

About You

• Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Well-presented with a professional approach

• A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
