Experienced Food & Beverage Attendant | Private Luxury Golf Club

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and thrives in a refined, member-focused environment. You will ideally have:

• Fine dining or premium hospitality experience preferred.

• Confident three-plate carry and professional table service skills.

• Barista experience and strong bar knowledge preferred

• Experience confidently opening, presenting and serving wine.

• The ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver warm, personalised service.

• Availability to work weekends and closing shifts (the clubhouse generally closes around 6:30/7:00pm, with finish times varying on member's needs).

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with members and guests.

• High emotional intelligence with the ability to positively influence team culture and lead by example. Experience in team leading highly regarded.

• A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in a private golf club other premium hospitality environment is highly regarded.

• Start as a casual team member while you get to know us and we get to know you, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right fit.

• This position will commence as a casual role, with the opportunity to transition to permanent part-time or full-time for the right candidate. Approx 30-38hours

Additional experience in inventory management, stocktakes, invoicing, rostering, event coordination or leadership responsibilities will be highly regarded, with opportunities for future growth available for the right candidate.
