About the role
Developmental Paediatrics is seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our wonderful admin team.

Full Time or Part Time roles available (must be available Thursdays and Fridays).
About us:
Highly successful, private specialist paediatric practice located in the heart of Bondi Junction.
Beautifully designed offices, operating over two floors.
Multidisciplinary team of over 30 specialists and allied health professionals.
Committed to providing exceptional standards of care to our patients.
About you:
Proven medical reception experience (minimum of 2 years), ideally in a medical practice where you thrive on going the extra mile.
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You embody initiative and responsibility.
You are IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
You are a competent user of a medical practice software (Xestro experience will be highly regarded).
You take pride in your strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
You enjoy working independently and as part of a collaborative team of 8-10 medical receptionists.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with team members to deliver seamless and highly professional patient care.
Delivering a high standard of telephone and face-to-face service.
Scheduling patient appointments and managing clinician diaries/ wait times.
Maintaining tidy and well-presented reception areas and consult rooms.
Promoting a ‘can-do’ culture.
