About the Role

We are seeking reliable, motivated and safety focused Production Workers to join our team in Wingfield SA.

Key Responsibilities

• General production and assembly duties across various work streams

• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all safety policies and procedures

About You

• High level of attention to detail

• Hands-on approach with the ability to perform manual tasks safely and effectively

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn processes and adapt to evolving operational requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and in operating machinery and equipment is highly regarded but not essential.
