Dermal/Laser Therapist/Reception

Your Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Assist Doctors with minor surgical procedures, including minor wound care and suture removal.

• Laser Therapy: Perform cosmetic laser treatments under Doctor instructions, ensuring patient safety and exceptional results.

• Front Desk Excellence: Manage the patient journey from meet-and-greet to billing. Duties include scheduling appointments, managing recalls, and answering patient enquiries.

• Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and clinical sterility throughout the practice.

• Patient Care: Provide a pleasant and calm environment for patients, ensuring they feel supported through both medical and cosmetic journeys.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications: Must hold current Laser Therapy Qualifications and a valid First Aid Certificate.

• Experience: Proven experience in both laser therapy and medical front desk/reception roles is essential.

• Skills: Strong ability to multitask with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

• Attitude: A quick learner with a genuine interest in medical skin treatments. You must be able to work effectively within a small team and autonomously.

• Demeanour: A pleasant, calm, and professional manner is non-negotiable.
