HR Officers - Work Health and Safety / Wellbeing and Inclusion / Case Management

People Services Branch is looking for experienced, professional, high performing and motivated human resources (HR) specialists, in either the work health and safety (WHS), wellbeing, case management or inclusion functions, with capabilities at the APS6 level to fill a number of vacancies. 

The People, Safety and Inclusion Team is responsible for leading and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of services that support the health, safety, wellbeing and inclusion of our workforce. 

We are looking for motivated and compassionate professionals who can build strong relationships, manage complex matters and contribute to a safe, inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Rehabilitation Case Managers facilitate sustainable return to work outcomes through effective rehabilitation planning, stakeholder engagement, early intervention strategies and risk management, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and frameworks.

Senior WHS Advisors provide expert advice on WHS risk management, monitor and analyse safety trends and outcomes, coordinate the department's Work Health and Safety Committee, and prepare high-quality reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Senior Wellbeing and Mental Health Advisors work collaboratively with stakeholders to build organisational capability, provide expert advice on workforce wellbeing, and deliver programs that enhance leadership confidence and capability in supporting employee wellbeing and psychological safety.

Senior Inclusion Advisors will support and collaborate with internal committees and stakeholder networks, contribute to the development and delivery of inclusion programs and strategies, and help foster a culturally safe and inclusive workplace that supports positive outcomes for all employees, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff.
