About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to join our bodyshop team. This role is perfect for a professional with strong attention to detail, excellent painting techniques, and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes on prestige and luxury vehicles.

In this role you will:

• Prepare, mask, and spray vehicles to the highest quality standards
• Mix and match paints accurately to achieve factory-standard finishes
• Repair and refinish damaged panels with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Work collaboratively with other bodyshop team members to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and environmental standards

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven experience as an automotive spray painter in a dealership or high-end bodyshop environment
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, preparation, and application techniques
• Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality finishes
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are highly desirable
