The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and people-first Exercise Physiologist to join our NSW team.

You’ll work with clients in the community, design tailored programs, and collaborate with insurers, GPs, and rehab consultants to support return-to-work outcomes.

This contracting role is ideal for sole traders looking for some extra work, or parents with kids needing flexibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans
• Conduct functional capacity and return-to-work assessments
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders (email, phone, reports)
• Manage your caseload and contribute to service growth
• Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (postgrad ideal)
• ESSA + CPR/First Aid
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation, fatigue, or mental health preferred
• High-level written and verbal communication
• Strong autonomy and initiative
