What You Will Do
As executive coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across the Office of the General Counsel.
You will help keep important legal and business processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.
You Will
maintain confidential records, databases and statutory delegation registersprepare, review and coordinate sensitive business documents and delegation assurance processessupport effective office operations through administration, invoice management and record keepingbuild strong working relationships across the department and with external contactsimprove practical processes and provide support to senior leaders as needed.
About You
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role. Experience providing high-quality administrative support to senior managers or executives will help you succeed.
You Should Also Have
strong experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex administrative workexcellent skills using Microsoft applications, databases and records systemssound judgement to manage competing priorities, solve problems and work with limited directionclear communication skills, a collaborative approach and a commitment to inclusion.
