At InOne Healthcare, we are passionate about is looking for a driven and personable Client Liaison Officer – Allied Health Sales to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our Client Liaison Officer, you will be the face of InOne Healthcare, developing trusted relationships with referral partners and connecting more people with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with referral partners across Melbourne.
• Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities and conduct face-to-face provider meetings, presentations and in-services.
• Re-engage dormant referrers and develop existing relationships.
• Take ownership of our national referrer EDM program across VIC, NSW and QLD.
• Work closely with intake, clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding experience.
• Attend networking events, expos, conferences and community events.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales and referral pipeline. 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare, referral-based services, or allied health sectors.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence meeting and presenting to healthcare professionals
• Strong sales and business development capability
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Excellent networking and presentation skills
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Confidence using CRM systems
• A genuine passion for healthcare and helping people
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne
