We are looking for a QLD Territory Manager with a passion for Customer Service and Business Development. This role offers the successful applicant exciting opportunities within a well-established electrical distribution business.

We are a growing team looking for not only the BEST Territory Manager but someone who can work with us to maintain and develop our business interests in Queensland coupled with a "make it happen" attitude.

The Ideal Candidate

Based in and servicing QLD, the ideal candidate will have 2+ years sales experience in the surface mining or heavy rail industries with an emphasis on electric drive systems. Previous industry or electrical trade experience with Komatsu(GE Invertex) and CAT electric drive systems would also be looked upon favourably.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities for our existing and expanding product range in harsh industries including mining, transit, marine, oil/gas and defence. The ability to maintain solid customer relationships and drive opportunities to a positive outcome is also a must.

Requirements For Applicants

A proven track record of territory management / sales experience in electrical and / or mining products.Mining surface machinery / heavy rail / electric drive industry experience.The ability to work unsupervised and report to KPI standards on a regular basis.Create and execute a call plan - Travel is a requirement of this roleExcellent time managementUtilise and maintain CRM softwareAbility to work with Word, Excel, and OutlookA high level of professionalism as well as strong communication skillsPassion and dedication for uncovering new business opportunitiesTeam player
