As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing electrical works on commercial construction and fit-out projects across Sydney.

You'll coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Supervising electrical teams on commercial construction projects

• Coordinating daily site activities and workforce planning

• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Liaising with builders, project managers, consultants, and other trades

• Managing site safety, compliance, and quality control

• Monitoring project progress and reporting on milestones

• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation

• Resolving site issues and maintaining project momentum

• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring company procedures are followed

• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and tradespeople

• Current NSW Electrical Licence

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial electrical construction

• Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

• White Card

• Current Driver's Licence

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards

• Experience managing large commercial projects

• ACRS Data Registration

• EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid or additional industry tickets

• Experience with project scheduling and site reporting

• Trade background with demonstrated leadership progression
