Marketing & Events Assistant

We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team in Bayswater.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is energetic, creative, organised and loves getting involved. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just wait to be told what to do — you naturally spot opportunities, get people involved and make things happen.

• Managing our social media pages and keeping our content fresh and engaging

• Taking photos and videos of projects, people, events and day-to-day business activities

• Creating social media content, marketing materials and graphics using Canva

• Assisting with company events, functions and promotional activities

• Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Looking for opportunities to showcase our people, projects and business

• Working with different teams across the business to capture stories and content

• General marketing and administration support

• Canva competency is a must

• Experience with social media management and content creation

• Confident with photography and capturing content on the go

• A bubbly, fun and energetic personality

• Someone who is naturally proactive and always looking for opportunities

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

• A confident and friendly face-to-face and phone manner

• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable working with a range of people and getting out from behind the desk

• A genuine interest in marketing, events, social media and building a brand

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of marketing experience. We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative and the confidence to get involved.
