About the role
The Role
We seek a well presented, professional and highly organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to provide administrative support and front of house Reception service at McNab House (Middle School Girls, Years 7-10).
This is position will commence asap working 8am to 10:30am, Monday to Friday with the option of potential additional casual administration work across other parts of the school.
Working in a busy school environment, you will be confident managing competing priorities, responding to enquiries, processing absences, maintaining accurate information and providing calm, confidential and professional support.
You will work closely with the Personal Assistant and support the Head of McNab House and their leadership teams.
