Ample Medical Centre is a brand-new, bulk billing medical centre in Mt Clear, created by three passionate partners who want to build something a little different a great clinic with a genuinely great team.

We’re looking for friendly, organised and energetic Medical Receptionists who enjoy General Practice, love working with people and want to be part of a new clinic from day one.

And most importantly? No egos here. We want people who help each other, have a laugh, communicate well and aren't afraid to jump in when things get busy.

Our clinic is open:

Monday–Friday: 8:00am–8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am–4:00pm

We’re looking for availability across:

Weekdays: 8:00am–4:00pm or 3:30pm–8:00pm
Weekends: 9:00am–4:00pm

Weekend availability is important for this role.

You’ll be one of the friendly faces of Ample Medical Centre, helping keep our patients, doctors and clinic running smoothly.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing reception

• Answering phones and managing appointments

• Using Best Practice and HotDoc

• Medicare and bulk billing

• Patient registrations, recalls and reminders

• Scanning and managing patient correspondence

• Supporting our doctors, nurses and fellow reception team

• Helping wherever needed because that's what great teams do

Someone who is friendly, reliable, organised and confident, with great communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care.

Previous Medical Reception experience is highly regarded, and experience with Best Practice and HotDoc would be a big bonus.

But attitude matters just as much.

We want someone who:
