Your New RoleAs an Event Specialist, you'll be the operational engine behind successful event delivery. You'll bring event plans to life through exceptional logistics management, stakeholder coordination and flawless execution.
Some responsibilities include:
Coordinating end-to-end event logistics including venues, AV, catering, registration platforms and supplier management;Developing detailed run sheets, project timelines, risk assessments and operational plans;Managing event registrations, RSVPs and attendee communications;Supporting budget tracking, invoice processing and delivery against approved budgets;Leading on-site event operations and resolving issues in real time; andWorking closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery;
How do you exceed our expectations?
The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple;Proven experience in event management, event production or event logistics;Experience coordinating multiple events and projects simultaneously;Experience working with external suppliers, agencies and production partners;Knowledge of event technology and registration platforms, such as Swift Digital and Microsoft Teams;An understanding of AV and hybrid event requirements;You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
