The Subdivision Officer role plays a vital role in the City of Stonnington, contributing to the delivery of high-quality subdivision outcomes in alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives and the statutory planning framework.
This role specialises in the processing and assessment of subdivision applications along with all other subdivision processes in accordance with relevant Council policies, procedures and Planning Scheme provisions and within the relevant statutory timeframes.
You will be an integral member of the City Planning team!
Key Responsibilities:
Join us in this full-time temporary role from approximately October 2026 until 21 January 2028, offering a competitive salary range of $102,368 - $110,865 plus 12% superannuation and a monthly accrued day off.
