Media & Communications Coordinator

We're looking for a Media & Communications Coordinator to help tell the stories of one of Australia's leading arts festivals. Working within the Media & Communications team, you'll support media relations, publicity activity and stakeholder communications, helping bring Sydney Festival’s diverse program to life and connect audiences with extraordinary artists and experiences.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across a major cultural event, building relationships with journalists, artists and industry partners, supporting program launches, and contributing to the communications that shape Sydney Festival 2027.
Who we're looking forThis role suits an organised and curious communicator who loves a good story and has a passion for arts, culture and live entertainment. You’ll have strong writing skills, an eye for detail and the confidence to communicate with a range of people. You’re keen to learn, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and excited by the opportunity to contribute to one of Australia’s leading arts festivals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
