Little Gumnuts Early Learning Merrylands is a thriving 84-place centre, and we are looking for passionate and skilled Educators, Room Leaders and Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team. Our purpose-built centre features a distinctive architectural and interior design, thoughtfully curated spaces and an environment designed to inspire both children and educators. • Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings

• For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

• Educators: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education

• Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role

• Early Childhood Teachers: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration

• Experience in an early childhood education role

• Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF

• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training

• Current valid working rights in Australia
