Home Maintenance Officer

Home Care South is a dynamic and client-focused team within the Department of Health (Tasmania), dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home support services across Southern Tasmania. Our primary mission is to support frail older people and younger people with disabilities to remain safely and independently in their homes and communities, in line with the Charter of Aged Care Rights and the Aged Care Quality Standards. Fixed term, part time, day worker position, working up to 56.88 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2027.

*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

$65,827 to $68,854 pro rata per annum + our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• The Home Maintenance Officers are regularly required to travel across Southern Tasmania.
