The Opportunity

Offering great training and ongoing support, we are seeking a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce team based in Tottenham.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Handle incoming sales and order enquiries

• Process customer orders

• Manage "LiveChat"

• Organise customer deliveries

• Arrange customer returns and general administration tasks

• Respond to daily email communication

• Answer incoming calls

• Liaise with suppliers

Skills required:

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Retail and administration experience

• Demonstrated impeccable customer service

• Strong organisational skills

• A results-oriented focus

• Experience in Microsoft Excel

• Enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work autonomously

• Ability to adapt hours to seasonal times and business needs

Working Days:

Casual rotating roster between Monday to Saturday
