Warehouse Supervisor - 80k + Super

Marlow & Peach is a fast-growing Australian consumer brand. We make plant-based cleaning concentrates and ship them direct to tens of thousands of customers around the country; and we do it all ourselves, fulfilling every order from our warehouse in Springvale.

The role

This is a HANDS ON role for someone who takes pride in running a tight, well-organised warehouse. You'll spend most of your day on the floor packing and dispatching orders alongside a small team, while also taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse. Making sure every order goes out accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

What you'll do

• Pack, label and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time for daily courier pickups

• Run the day-to-day of the warehouse floor: prioritising orders, keeping the team on track, and keeping the space clean and organised

• Manage and roster casual staff, track and support them to meet KPIs, and training new hires

• Quality control: checking orders are packed correctly and product leaves in perfect condition

• Receive deliveries and put stock away using a walkie stacker

• Keep the warehouse safe and compliant, including staying up to date with safety training for all staff

• Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse processes --> picking systems, pallet systems, safety, and beyond

• Handle day-to-day warehouse admin, like keeping miscellaneous warehouse supplies stocked

About you

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership

• Genuinely detail-oriented, and must be a fast worker

• Generally comfortable and capable using a computer/laptop

• Comfortable leading a small team — rostering, training, and holding people to a high standard and meeting KPI's

• Warehouse experience: pick/pack, dispatch, and receiving

• Experience operating a walkie stacker or forklift (forklift licence preferred but not needed)

• Full time, Monday–Friday, based in Springvale VIC

• Salary: $80,000 + super
