The Role

WSkips is expanding its sales team and is looking to appoint a second Skip Bin Sales Representative, with a dedicated focus on growing our customer base across Western Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and securing new business. You’ll work alongside our existing sales representative and be supported by a passionate team as you grow WSkips’ presence, client base and sales revenue throughout Western Sydney.

What you’ll be doing

• Researching and identifying new skip bin business opportunities across Western Sydney’s residential, commercial, construction and industrial sectors
• Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and introduce WSkips’ skip bin services
• Participating in door-to-door campaigns to build relationships with local businesses
• Manage CRM data entry, sales pipeline management and client record maintenance
• Attending client meetings and industry events to learn best practices in sales and relationship management
• Manage the preparation of quotes and proposals
• Gathering competitor and market intelligence to support strategic planning
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored skip bin solutions for customers
• Communicate the value of our services with clarity and professionalism

About You

You may already be working in B2B sales, construction, transport, waste services or a trade—or you may be ready to take your first step into a sales career. Experience with skips and hooks is not essential, as we are willing to train the right person.

We value personality, local market awareness, drive and determination over direct industry experience. If you bring the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the product knowledge, systems training and support you need to succeed.

You’ll bring:

• Sales experience, or experience in construction, transport, waste services or a trade with a desire to move into sales
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Confidence in cold calling, appointment setting and closing deals
• Tenacity, resilience and a results-driven mindset
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A natural ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Have a drivers licence and reliable transport
• Able to pass a medical and regular random Drug & Alcohol testing
