The Opportunity

 We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Hire Controller for a 12 month minimum contract, we are looking for a person who is efficient, self-driven, hands on, experienced and results focused to join our expanding Victorian business located in Tullamarine Melbourne.

Working closely with the State Operations Manager, in this role you will be responsible for the daily allocations of personnel and resources to perform wet hire project work, along with the administration business support documentation. Good communication skills are a must and a keen eye for detail essential. A good understanding of customer service and potentially some after normal hours phone call monitoring.

Requirements for the job; 

• Great organisational and planning skills 

• Strong in systems and processes

• Strong logistics coordination experience 

• Equipment and or construction experience
