Lawn Care Technician

Role Responsibilities:

• Whipper snipping, mowing, and edging

• Pruning, detailing, and general garden upkeep

• Weed control and garden maintenance

• Irrigation troubleshooting and basic maintenance

• Operation of gardening and grounds maintenance equipment

• Minor servicing and care of gardening equipment

• Contributing to a safe working environment across all sites

• Reporting to Assistant Manager

• Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor duties

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in gardening

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Clear and effective communication skills

Highly regarded:

• Experience leading/supervising field-based teams

• Cert III in horticulture, landscaping or parks and gardens

• Practical understanding of equipment servicing and maintenance

• A minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role – ideally experience in FNQ
