About the role

We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to join our team on a casual basis in the Riverland & Murray Bridge, South Australia. As a Traffic Controller you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our work sites and the general public.

What you'll be doing

• Controlling and directing traffic flow through worksites using stop/slow bats and other traffic control devices

• Setting up, monitoring and maintaining traffic control signage and devices according to traffic management plans

• Ensuring compliance with relevant work health and safety regulations and company policies

• Providing excellent customer service to motorists, pedestrians and other stakeholders

• Completing all necessary documentation and reporting as required

What we're looking for

• Valid traffic control qualification/certification

• Licence to operate a Truck Mounted Attenuator

• Experience working as a Traffic Controller in the construction, road maintenance or related industry

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Ability to work away for periods of time.
