Your New Role

As the Office Coordinator, you will be the heart of our Sydney head office, creating an unforgettable experience for both employees and visitors. Reporting to the Regional Administration & Workspace Team, this full-time, on-site role oversees daily operations and brings our workplace culture to life.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure a professional, tidy, and seamless workplace environment for staff and guests.
• Plan and execute company events in close collaboration with HR.
• Order and replenish office and pantry supplies, manage facilities contractors, and negotiate cost-effective vendor contracts.
• Partner with vendors to assist staff with flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transport, and visa applications.
• Assist HR and IT with the seamless onboarding of new hires, including workstation setup and access card issuing.
• Provide remote administrative support to co-working spaces and secondary interstate sites as needed.

About You

• Previous Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Facilities or Workplace Coordinator experience.
• Fun-loving, energetic personality with a genuine passion for bringing people together through creative events and culture initiatives.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be a bonus, however it is not essential.
