Lawyer - Wills and Estates (Full Time or Part Time)

We're a boutique law firm practising predominantly in Wills & Estates, Conveyancing, Superannuation and Family Law. We're looking for a Lawyer with at least 1 year post-admission experience to join our growing team. While experience in Wills & Estates is preferred, we're open to lawyers with broader private practice experience who are keen to develop their expertise in this area.

The Role

You will work closely with our Directors and broader team, primarily assisting clients with:

• Estate planning and succession matters

• Wills and testamentary trusts

• Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives

• Deceased estate administration

• Estate disputes and related matters (depending on experience)

You may also have the opportunity to gain exposure to our Conveyancing, Superannuation and Family Law practices.

About You

You are someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering practical, client-focused advice.

Ideally, you will have:

• At least 1 year post-admission experience

• Experience in Wills & Estates or a genuine interest in developing your practice in this area

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence in dealing directly with clients

• The ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of independence

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• A current practising certificate
