About the role
Medical Receptionist - Permanent Part-Time
We are a multidisciplinary GP & Physiotherapy clinic located in the Northern suburbs of Perth.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our amazing team on a Permanent Part-Time basis. We are offering 20 hours per week, covering annual leave/sick leave when required. The required hours are listed below.
Tuesday – 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Wednesday – 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Thursday – 1.00pm – 6.00pm
Saturday – 7.00am – 12.00pm (rotational roster)
The Successful Applicant
Must have previous experience using Best Practice Software, or knowledge of other Medical Software knowledge is essential
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist
Be friendly, enthusiastic and confident, providing a professional patient-focused approach
Possess great attention to detail
Experience within a General Practice setting is essential
