Waves Carwash is a well-established and growing carwash business with multiple high-performing locations across Canberra and Victoria. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining industry-leading equipment and facilities.

We're looking for reliable, motivated people who enjoy practical, hands-on work to join our Maintenance Team.

You don't need to be a qualified tradesperson. If you're comfortable using basic hand and power tools, enjoy fixing things, and have a willingness to learn, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

• General maintenance and repairs across our sites

• Basic plumbing, cleaning and mechanical tasks

• Using hand and power tools

• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

• Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic experience using hand and power tools

• Practical problem-solving skills

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Physically capable of hands-on work

• Availability to work at least one day each weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as part of a rotating roster

• Full training and ongoing support
