About the RoleDue to continued growth within our Finance team and several internal promotions, we are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across the business. Partnering with both operational and corporate stakeholders, you will provide meaningful insights that drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and help deliver strong business outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Financial Planning & Analysis, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting, and business partnering. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing enhancement of our financial planning systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.Assist with Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow modelling.Prepare, analyse and present monthly financial reports, KPIs and management insights.Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investment decisions and growth initiatives.Partner with stakeholders to provide commercial analysis and actionable recommendations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting, forecasting and financial performance.Support the implementation, testing and continuous enhancement of financial planning and reporting tools.Contribute to month-end and planning cycle activities as required.
About YouYou are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights and partnering with the business to drive better outcomes. You are analytical, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You will bring:A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.CA or CPA qualification, or be currently working towards completing one.Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or public accounting environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving problems.
Highly RegardedExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system.Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning or other financial planning software.Experience developing and maintaining integrated three-way financial models.Previous budgeting, forecasting and business partnering experience.Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
