Job Title: Head of Content
Location: Remote - US

We are seeking a Head of Content to lead a global content function across paid, owned, earned, and ambassador channels. This senior leadership role will drive content strategy, creative performance, production operations, and team development to support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global content strategy across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead performance-driven creative programmes across digital, social, CRM, eCommerce, and brand channels.
• Oversee content production, workflows, localisation, and quality standards at scale.
• Manage ambassador, athlete, creator, and influencer content partnerships.
• Build and lead high-performing creative, content, and production teams.
• Use data, testing, and insights to improve content effectiveness and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading content or creative teams within high-growth consumer, eCommerce, health, wellness, or technology brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, and creative optimisation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale content production across multiple channels and markets.
• Experience working with creators, ambassadors, or high-profile partnerships.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
